About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at HarperOne. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively and collaboratively with a team across a variety of levels and roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, video conferences, and calls; prepare agendas and materials, and distribute notes effectively.
  • Provide administrative support for the deputy publisher including expense reports, assist with special projects.
  • Support the marketing team with inputting seasonal marketing data, gathering/ preparing/uploading assets for marketing, and assisting with outreach, budget tracking, and light research.
  • Oversight of seasonal deadlines for sales materials, preparation for sales meetings, catalog, etc. Gathering agenda and developing materials (decks, sell sheets, etc.) for weekly and seasonal sales meetings.
  • General administrative support including coordinating mailings, ordering occasional supplies, and assisting with special events.
