About the Role

At Morgan Business Consulting, LLC, we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Senior Financial Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic acquisition and financial management support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases throughout their lifecycle.
  • Analyze historical and current financial data to gain insights into customers' financial situations, aligning with their signed Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
  • Brief senior client leadership on key programmatic and financial matters.
  • Track, analyze, and report on financial data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Record and summarize meeting minutes and notes, while assisting in preparing and closing action items.
  • Schedule appointments in support of government customers, coordinate meetings and conferences, and arrange travel reservations and accommodations.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, providing on-site support at MBC and client locations, and maintaining professional certifications and security clearances as required.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of ten years of related work experience.
  • At least five years of experience providing financial and/or acquisition management support for FMS programs in Department of Defense (DoD) program offices.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition program lifecycles, requirements, and regulations.
  • The ability to develop and brief material to senior client leadership.
  • Familiarity with DoD operational and administrative chains of command, including relationships between government offices, military services, and defense agencies.
  • Experience working in international program and project financial management or contracting environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas and their effective use in financial tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • An active DOD SECRET security clearance.
  • A Master's degree from an institution accredited in the United States.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
