Groundwork Specialist

Job Description:
Pramira is a leading provider of turnkey infrastructure solutions, entrusted with the critical task of deploying and supporting networks for various clients. We are seeking a skilled Groundwork Specialist to join our Outside Plant Division. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our projects by preparing construction sites, operating equipment, and performing various groundwork tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
• Assist crew members with construction work as required
• Operate compressors and drills
• Install pedestals and vaults
• Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment safely
• Dig trenches and remove, fill, or compact earth
• Mix ingredients for surface compounds
• Assist with conduit and cable handling and placement
• Maintain equipment
• Perform site clean-up
• Complete required documentation

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be self-motivated with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Demonstrate effective interaction skills with colleagues
• Be able to exert heavy physical effort and lift heavy objects
• Frequently use hand tools and pneumatic tools
• Pass a Drug Test & Background Check

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $43,920-$52,160 based on experience, equivalent to $21-$26 per hour.
