Production Planner

Tracco TPKY is a leading national company that specializes in providing high-quality food products to K12 school foodservice customers and private brands of selected retailers. With a focus on collaboration, best practices, and continuous improvement, we are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. This role will involve developing sales and inventory plans to ensure product availability, managing inventory levels, and supporting inventory projections and analytics. The successful candidate will be a key member of our operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and inventory plans to ensure product availability and manage inventory levels.
• Support inventory projections and analytics to inform inventory strategies and service level goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide reporting and analytics on inventory levels and key drivers of service and inventory issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations management, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
