We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Monitor to join our team at the Department of Children and Families in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Contract Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring the administrative and programmatic terms and conditions of the Department's contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, manage, and perform the contract monitoring process, including researching and analyzing contracts, statutes, laws, rules, regulations, policies, and other complex written information.
- Review plans, reports, complex documents, records, and transactions to determine performance relative to compliance requirements.
- Conduct interviews and observe provider facilities as needed, and gather and analyze data and information from Department and provider sources.
- Compare requirements and provider performance and draw conclusions about the provider's implementation and performance of contract requirements.
- Complete, organize, and maintain monitoring documentation in accordance with unit standards and record retention requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university with accreditation as recognized by the US Department of Education.
- At least three years full-time professional-level experience in social services.
- Working knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
