Bella Baby Photography is a dynamic and growing business that specializes in capturing the beauty of newborns and their families. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time photographer.

We are looking for a skilled photographer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for capturing high-quality images. As a part-time photographer with Bella Baby Photography, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, develop your skills, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Manage your own daily schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Provide 15-minute mini-sessions, handle and pose squishy newborns with care and attention to detail
• Edit images on site to ensure high-quality results
• Present packages, explain products, and ring up orders in a professional and courteous manner
• Pre-sale administrative tasks, such as data entry, to ensure seamless client experience

• Commission-based earning potential: up to $20 per hour + sales bonuses

• Willingness to learn how to pose and soothe newborns with care and attention to detail
• Comfortable with commission-based pay and sales experience (a plus)
• Experience editing photos to ensure high-quality results
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work some holidays throughout the year
• Reliable transportation to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Ability to lift equipment (up to 40 lbs) with frequent sitting, standing, and moderate physical activity

• DSLR or mirrorless camera to capture high-quality images
• Portrait lens - fixed aperture preferred (i.e. F1.8 or F2.8) to ensure professional results
• Laptop capable of running Lightroom (no tablets, Chromebooks, or desktops) to ensure efficient editing and processing
• Speedlite (i.e. external flash) to enhance image quality

• 9 am start time to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• 2-3 weekdays to accommodate a variety of clients and schedules
• 1 weekend day required per week to ensure flexibility and adaptability
