Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist II to join our Radiology team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing diseases.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic MRI examinations in accordance with prescribed standards and under the guidance of a supervising Radiologist.
  • Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements for magnetic safety and demonstrate ability to perform advanced MRI procedures.
  • Be competent and proficient in cross-sectional anatomy and physiology, and provide complex technical care to meet identified patient needs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Radiology Technologist and 2-3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R)(MR) and Advanced certification by the ARRT in MRI (MR).
  • BLScertified.
