* Building and developing a trusted team by guiding, supporting, and empowering your crew members and shift leaders to achieve their full potential.

* Maintaining a positive working relationship with all restaurant staff, fostering a cooperative and pleasant working climate that promotes employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.

* Hiring, training, and developing shift managers, as well as conducting formal employee performance reviews to ensure the team is equipped to provide an excellent guest experience.

* Analyzing the restaurant's profit and loss to optimize sales and profit by identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.

* Maintaining inventory, projecting changes in demand, and adjusting labor accordingly to ensure the restaurant is properly staffed to drive sales volumes.

* Responding to customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner, taking opportunities to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Organizing and implementing local restaurant marketing initiatives, as well as incorporating regional and national marketing promotions to increase restaurant sales.

* Exercising good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the district manager.

Qualifications / Skills:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.

* High School diploma or equivalent required.

* Strong sense of urgency, ability to thrive under pressure, and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt and engage with a diverse crew and wide range of customers.

* Proven track record of effective management, demonstrated by previous COGS and labor performance.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee and balance all aspects of a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant.

* Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Benefits and Compensation:

* Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based upon experience)
