Bath Remodeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bath Remodeling Carpenter to join our team at Bath Flip. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing bath remodeling projects for our customers.

• Install and repair bath and shower tubs, bases, walls, and fixtures according to company specifications.
• Install vanities, toilets, and LVT or tile flooring according to company specifications.
• Install framing, drywall, subflooring, and other carpentry as needed.
• Tape, mud, and paint when necessary.
• Work with plumbers to ensure proper plumbing connections for optimal functionality.
• Service and repair calls as needed.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing fixtures and products.
• Conduct site surveys with customers and provide exceptional customer communication and notes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

• Prior experience as a bath remodeler.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with caulking and other finishing techniques.
