IT Hardware Expert

The IT Hardware Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's hardware infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our patients and staff. This includes identifying and resolving hardware-related issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Management: Manage and maintain the organization's hardware infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Technology Implementation: Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience as a hardware technician or systems administrator is essential.
• Knowledge of hardware components and networking protocols is necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware devices is crucial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
