Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile RN or LPN to join our team as a Specialty Care - Float. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across various departments, ensuring patients receive consistent and comprehensive care regardless of their location within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and document patient information accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Adapt to various clinical settings, quickly integrating into each team and supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN license in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to different clinical environments and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
