Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freezers, coolers, and deli department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area meet company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining temperature control.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing product displays.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
