Shift Leader

A Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve high performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage shift schedules for team members
- Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off
- Assign duties to team members based on role and skills
- Supervise employees and assist with tasks as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Manage employee requests and conduct
- Train new and current team members on tasks and procedures
- Handle customer issues and manage conflicts
- Ensure adherence to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
- Uphold integrity and security with sensitive information
- Manage club cleanliness and maintenance
- Drive sales and member experience metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in business administration or management (optional)
- Relevant industry experience or experience working with PF Miami Developers LLC
- Availability to work at least 24 hours per week with weekend availability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, and goal-setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
- In-depth industry knowledge
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
- Comfortable with workplace technology
- Basic math skills
