Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in good standing
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to provide care to infants, children, and adolescents
