Shift: Day Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays)

Role Summary:

  • Perform both routine and advanced laboratory tests essential for the diagnosis and management of various health conditions, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Take initiative in troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and providing training as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • No prior experience required.
  • Licenses and Certifications:
    • Completion of an accredited Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Technician program.
    • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP or an equivalent body.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Ability to compile and analyze statistical data.
    • Proficient in data entry and management using computer systems.
    • Maintain accurate logs and records.
    • Capable of operating diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Designated Driver Requirement: Not applicable.
  • OSHA Risk Category: 1 - High Risk.
