Job Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Experience Specialists to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process donations, sorting and pricing items according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 per hour, depending on job duty/position. Our starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duty/position, with opportunities for performance merit increases and annual bonuses.
