Healthcare Operations Manager

We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team as a Healthcare Operations Manager, where your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, strategizing, and implementing treatment protocols aimed at patient recovery. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with a variety of patient demographics, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities as a Healthcare Operations Manager
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to empower patients in achieving their functional goals
- Develop timely and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's requirements
- Achieve and surpass clinic financial targets through effective referral generation, increased patient visits, and proper billing practices
- Foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other team members
- Cultivate and maintain community relationships
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an APTA or CAPTE accredited physical therapy program
- Preferred management experience
- Valid State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 Annually
- Earning Potential with performance bonuses: $113,000 to $153,000 Annually*
- Additional bonuses available for clinic performance
- Sign-On Bonuses starting at $15,000
*Performance bonuses are based on an average of 12 patients treated daily.
