Leadership Opportunity:

Fisher College is seeking a visionary Vice President of Business and Administration to join our senior leadership team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented financial leader to lead our financial and administrative teams and contribute to the college's success.

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, and 8-10 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably within higher education.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgetary processes, and financial reporting, as well as experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the college's goals.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the college president and other executives to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Manage relationships with external financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and investment managers.
  • Supervise and provide leadership for administrative functions including finance, financial aid, bursar, human resources, facilities management, and information technology.
