Join our team at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living as a Home Care Registered Nurse. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide nursing care according to established policies and procedures for a home care agency.
- Develop and supervise the implementation of a resident's individualized service plan.
- Observe the resident's condition and communicate with the Physician and family/responsible party as needed.
- Oversee the resident's care delivered by the Home Support team of LPN's, Aides, and Home Care workers and companions.
- Competitive hourly rate of $48.00 (approximately $70 per visit).
- Signing Bonus of $1,000.
- PRN/Flex opportunities, including weekends & an on-call rotation.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse degree program.
- Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which they practice.
- Recent home care experience preferred.
- Experience with OASIS documentation system required.
