POSITION SUMMARY
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary duties will include serving food and drinks, setting tables according to event specifications, and addressing any inquiries regarding menu options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
2. Set tables according to the type of event and adhere to service standards.
3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding menu inquiries, wait times, and special requests.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining utensils and service equipment.
6. Complete closing duties, such as restocking supplies and ensuring the workspace is tidy.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Follow all company policies and safety procedures, report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management, and complete required safety training.

PROFESSIONALISM
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome all guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and express genuine appreciation for their patronage.

TEAMWORK
Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, support team objectives, and respond appropriately to the concerns of others.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
Supervisory Experience: Not required.
License or Certification: None required.

COMPENSATION
The pay range for this position is $14.00 per hour.
