Role Overview:
The Mobile Leasing Specialist holds primary marketing responsibilities related to engaging with prospective residents, addressing daily concerns of current residents, and managing lease renewals.

This position is dedicated to providing outstanding service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively lease apartments and promote property products and services in line with budgetary guidelines.
2. Adhere to Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
3. Monitor leasing traffic and analyze trends.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and its major competitors, and engage in external marketing activities.
5. Oversee the application review process for each lease, including credit and income verification.
6. Prepare lease packets and documentation for each resident as per the checklist requirements.
7. Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including conducting final inspections and walkthroughs with residents.
8. Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and manage the renewal process.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met.
10. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in multi-family leasing or B2B sales preferred.
- Strong marketing and creative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and capable of using computer systems.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar software.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Competence in performing basic to intermediate mathematical functions.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials.
- Must be at ease with heights and moving heavy objects.
