Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing personalized support and care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, understanding their unique preferences and personalities
- Work collaboratively with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates

- Competitive salary: $43,500 - $55,000 per year
