Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for home health contracts in California and surrounding areas. We are seeking dedicated professionals who can provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Home Health RN Contract Details:
  • Competitive Weekly Pay: $2,220 - $2,505 per week
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hourly Pay: SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • Designated Territory: Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
  • Productivity Expectation: Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  • Experience Requirements: Previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits is required

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience: Previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits is required
  • Electronic Charting Experience: Experience with electronic charting is required
  • Home Health Nursing Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience is required
  • Current California RN License: Current California RN license is required
  • American Heart Association BLS: Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License: Valid U.S. driver's license is required
