Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric or adult populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
