Role Overview

A Chloe Stylist is a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. They are responsible for delivering a luxurious experience, ensuring impeccable store environment, and supporting colleagues and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct reports and business areas to cover
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships
  • Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks
  • Consistently capture client data and take notes of qualitative information
  • Know and manage their portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs
  • Offer excellent customer service and deliver strong business performance
  • Use omnichannel services to grow sales and achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets
  • Ensure impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming at all times
  • Support after-sales clients and follow up to ensure impeccable after-sales service
