We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of roofers to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring high-quality work and maintaining high standards of safety and service.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in general roofing.
  • Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, and TPO roofing systems is a plus.
  • A valid state driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
