Job Summary:

Jobot is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a Litigation Specialist, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment, and to gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and before governmental agencies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and develop legal strategies.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to your practice areas.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Associate Attorney position, you must have:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Texas State Bar.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
8. Willingness to continue learning and developing your legal skills.
