About the Role:
As a CBRE CAD Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating complex electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for large-scale projects. This role is part of the Design function, where you will prepare and produce proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare prints of various original plans and records agency use.
  • Review updated drawings for changes, using computer-aided drafting techniques.
  • Gather data to complete unique drawings by visiting the site directly and conducting surveys of space.
  • Verify that maps and drawings are spatially accurate and technically correct.
  • Subject matter expert to acquire details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.
  • Review on-site information entered into the database to ensure current building conditions and data are accurate.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job subject area and some knowledge of several job fields within the function.
  • Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify and leverage team members' strengths and suggest scope for improvement.
  • Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of shown experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to analyze solutions using experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.
