Peabody & Arnold is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of professional liability litigation experience. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in legal malpractice defense, A&E defense, and/or accounting malpractice defense are a plus. Admission to the Rhode Island bar is a plus.
About Our Team
Our team represents a wide range of professionals, which includes representation in state and federal courts, disciplinary boards, and arbitration tribunals. As a professional liability defense firm in Boston, we work with most of the major professional liability insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Active bar admission with the ability to obtain Massachusetts admission quickly
- 2-5 years of professional liability experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
