About the JobThis full-time position requires the ability to work day shifts, every other weekend, and major and minor holidays. As an Acute Care Float RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, adapting to diverse clinical environments with ease.
Job Description- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others for care planning and updates.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, promoting an inclusive clinical environment.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, with a Single State or Multi-state Compact license accepted.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications are also mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment are essential.
