Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team at W3Global Inc. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding, modifying wood and metal doors, and fabricating components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG welding, modify wood and metal doors, and fabricate components.
  • Delivery & Customer Service: Deliver frames, doors, and hardware to customers within a 100-mile radius. Prepare delivery tickets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining shop inventory and compiling orders for delivery.
  • General Shop Tasks: Support various tasks in the shop as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift lbs.
  • Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Shop Tools: Familiarity with general shop tools (e.g., grinders, jigsaws, sanders, power saws) is necessary.
