Job Summary

The Host Staff Ambassador is responsible for creating a memorable experience for Members and guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels, as outlined in the F&B Service training program
  • Greet Members and guests promptly and warmly, using their names and displaying a high-quality level of service
  • Converse with Members and guests in an outgoing and friendly manner, focusing on their needs and remaining calm and professional under pressure
  • Closing out the podium at the end of each shift and maintaining it in an orderly fashion
  • Ensuring daily assignments and side work are complete in respective areas to meet Club standards
  • Notifying management of Member/Guest complaints and practicing good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible
  • Interacting with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed

About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in the service industry is preferred, as well as previous experience working with a telephone system. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also essential.
