Regional Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Supervisor to join our team at Dunkin', the largest and fastest-growing franchisee organization in the Midwest. As a Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of 4-7 Dunkin' restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food, and maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coach and develop Restaurant Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of crew members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with General Managers to communicate goals, provide feedback, and coach on performance.
  • Track training and development processes, plans, and growth for all management members.
  • Ensure all managerial team performance is evaluated and properly praised and documented.
Operations Expertise:
  • Ensure all Dunkin' operating standards are exceeded for service and quality.
  • Implement and maintain best practices across all stores to maximize efficiency, profits, and employee utilization and morale.
  • Review weekly checklists to ensure compliance with Dunkin' requirements and standards.
  • Solicit and communicate employee and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
Financial Expertise:
  • Oversee sales growth and ensure financial targets are met, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Guide financial issues with Managers until successful resolutions are accomplished.
  • Understand and teach others to understand the importance of company profitability and controlling the cost of sales and cost of labor.
  • Monitor labor content and counsel Managers on maximizing profits without compromising service or safety.
Communication and Marketing:
  • Review and share information relative to products, marketing, pricing, industry, and community news with teams.
  • Follow up on directives and communications sent to teams, ensuring completion and results.
  • Manage community involvement and community relations in store locations.
Maintenance and Development:
  • Ensure regular cleanliness and maintenance of each restaurant and equipment.
  • Work with internal service and repair staff, landlords, and outside contractors to make necessary repairs.
  • Organize staffing, marketing, and set-up for new restaurants.
