Key Responsibilities:
As a Class Action Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting attorneys throughout all phases of class action litigation, including pre-filing, discovery, certification, settlement, and trial.
- Drafting essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting thorough legal research and factual investigations.
- Organizing and managing extensive case files and documentation.
- Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
- Managing case deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Preparing materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Assisting with trial preparation and providing in-court support.

Qualifications:
