The HR Dept LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Child Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents with mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based play therapy interventions using various modalities for children and adolescents.
- Collaboration: Attend and participate in treatment team meetings and/or professional staff conferences with other pediatricians, psychologists, and clinicians for an effective, coordinated, and integrated treatment plan.
- Documentation: Meet ethical obligations for timely documentation of rendered services per State of Texas.
- Communication: Maintain an open line of communication with care providers, patients, and their family members to efficiently address treatment concerns.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuing education and professional development activities related to the performance of job functions and maintenance of skills in one's professional specialty.
- Licensure: Independently Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Licensed Psychologist with child and adolescent assessment.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary.
