  • Identify opportunities for sustainability and develop action plans to implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Deliver accurate designs for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a utility plant environment, with a strong understanding of power and energy generation.
  • 2+ years of experience with energy-saving projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in power generation environments, with a strong understanding of energy management systems.
  • Engineering experience in utilities or facilities management, with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
