Janitorial Assistant

**Job Summary**

Burch Food Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Work independently to accomplish set cleaning schedules and tasks
• Clean and sanitize all work areas, including tables, sinks, carts, walls, floors, coolers, and freezers
• Document all tasks when completed and report any concerns to management
• Conform to all Good Manufacturing Practice procedures
• Complete cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• Ability to work in multiple temperatures and lift 30 lbs
• Protective clothing: safety gloves, slip-resistant shoes, safety glasses when needed
• Ability to work independently and maintain set schedules

**Work Environment**

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, with an average of 10-15 hours per week. The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling.
