We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Bonobos Guideshop team. As a Guideshop Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results, analyzing sales trends, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Business Performance: Analyze sales trends, maximize daily sales plans, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Experience: Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor, modeling optimal selling behaviors, and preserving long-term customer relationships.
- Operations: Manage Guideshop expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards, creating an engaging and inviting store environment.
- Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead through Bonobos Core Virtues, fostering an environment of innovation and promoting an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving business results and developing high-performing teams.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the retail industry and customer behavior.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or retail management.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $58,000 - $87,000, depending on experience.
