**Job Summary**

The Youth Sports Coordinator at i9 Sports - Marin/SW Sonoma County, CA is responsible for delivering a top-notch sports experience for kids and parents on game days. This role involves coaching, refereeing, and managing games while teaching kids the fundamentals of various sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports.
  • Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset
  • Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values
  • Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience
