Role Summary:
The Pest Control Operator collaborates with the District Manager and fellow team members to address service requests for various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Population management and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Trapping and removal of wildlife
- Exclusion and preventative measures

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay structure starting at $15.75/hour plus production commissions, along with:

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are physically capable of performing the following duties:

Additional Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required. Experience in service, general labor, or construction is preferred but not mandatory. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are essential.
