Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts, a leading provider of tree care services in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our team.

As a Tree Climber, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient removal, pruning, and preservation of trees. You will work closely with a 2-4 person tree crew, assisting in tree operations and maintaining assigned equipment.

• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and coworkers to ensure seamless tree operations.
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate tasks to Groundman Operations Specialists as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and follow company safety protocols.
• Understand and adhere to ANSI standards for tree care operations.
• Be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
