Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team at A&T Roofing and Construction LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating roofing projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate roofing projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document customer timelines, including photos and scope notes, to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Process work orders and repair requests efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Supervise and quality control sub crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Enforce property and association rules, maintaining a positive reputation for our company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential roofing or related fields, with a strong understanding of roofing applications and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using multiple apps for quality control and customer tracking.
  • Valid PA driver's license, with a clean driving record.
