We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Operations Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including warehouse associates, transportation teams, and other departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $100,000 per year.
