Job Title: MRI Technologist - Travel Position

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel position in Tacoma, WA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate records. This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Screen patients for MRI safety and position them for scans
  • Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions and load and operate power injectors
  • Evaluate MRI scans for technical quality and maintain accurate patient records
  • Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • ARRT (MR) certification and state-specific licensing when required
  • BLS certification
