About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Receiving and Stocking: Receive and stock produce merchandise according to company standards.
  2. Merchandising: Merchandise produce displays to create an attractive and appealing presentation for customers.
  3. Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.

Requirements:

  • A passion for produce and excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move freely throughout the store.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
