Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Flex Officer to join our team. As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, acting as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near your assigned posts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol facilities to detect and prevent security breaches
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for driving positions)
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screen
