What You'll Be Working On

  • Leading a sales team to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Coaching sales team members to optimize performance
  • Maintaining high product knowledge and ensuring proper follow-up of all guests
  • Achieving forecasted goals and objectives for the dealership
  • Representing our core values of Integrity, Caring, Performance, and Efficiency

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience
  • Possess a successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores, and above-average performance
  • Strong background in leveraging technology and driving processes
  • Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred
  • Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team
  • DGMV check required
