What You'll Be Working On
- Leading a sales team to maximize guest satisfaction
- Coaching sales team members to optimize performance
- Maintaining high product knowledge and ensuring proper follow-up of all guests
- Achieving forecasted goals and objectives for the dealership
- Representing our core values of Integrity, Caring, Performance, and Efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience
- Possess a successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores, and above-average performance
- Strong background in leveraging technology and driving processes
- Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred
- Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team
- DGMV check required
