Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team at Altru Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities in a home care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Supervise physical therapist assistants and therapy aides to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota and Minnesota.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent driving and working in a variety of settings, including patients' homes and Altru Health facilities.
