PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE


To assist the sales team and fulfill the customer service commitment by fostering an organized and enjoyable shopping experience for our clientele.


SALES ASSISTANCE

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor
  • Conduct inventory checks for customers and in support of sales representatives
  • Aid in merchandise repositioning and other visual merchandising tasks
  • Process transactions at the point of sale accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Welcome each customer with warmth and friendliness
  • Engage with customers as they enter the store
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Assess customer needs and guide them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Support sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints as necessary
  • Collaborate with stock and sales associates to ensure a swift and seamless customer experience in fitting areas
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer service to every individual

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
  • Unpack, hang/fold merchandise, and apply security tags as required
  • Oversee the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap; manage returns and go-backs
  • Follow the work schedule, including time and attendance
  • Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
