As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Pilates instruction to clients of all levels, while also mentoring and coaching fellow instructors to ensure they meet Club Pilates standards.

About Our Studio

Riser Fitness, LLC is a leading provider of Pilates instruction, with multiple locations across the Bay Area. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Pilates instruction to clients of all levels, including group apparatus classes, private, and semi-private training
  • Mentor and coach fellow instructors to ensure they meet Club Pilates standards
  • Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging
  • Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards and implement them in your teaching
  • Participate in monthly Lead Instructor conference calls and provide feedback to management
Preferred Qualifications
  • 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience
  • Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
  • Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus-based group class
